Overview

Deleted records (jobs, contacts, and companies) are still stored in our system and can be fully restored by our support team.

How to Request Recovery

If you need to restore a deleted record, you can contact us in the following ways:

  • Phone: 561-337-2900 (Ext. 2)

  • Live Chat: Available directly in the Lever360 system (see chat icon in the bottom right) or on our website at lever360.com.

Information to Provide

Please include the following information to ensure a smooth recovery process:

Jobs

  • Job Number

  • Date of Deletion (if known)

Contacts

  • Full Name

  • Company Name (if applicable)

  • Phone Number or Email (if available)

Companies

  • Company Name

  • Location (if applicable)

  • Associated Contacts or Jobs (optional)

Recovery Process

  1. Submit a Request – Reach out using email, phone, or live chat.

  2. Verification – We verify and locate the deleted record.

  3. Restoration – The record is restored and will appear in your system within 1-2 business days.

Recovery Time: Typically, 1-2 business days.

Additional Information

  • Restored records will return to their last saved state.

  • If you don't have complete details, we can assist by performing a search.

  • Regular backups and periodic audits can help reduce accidental deletions.
