This guide shows you how to enter atmospheric readings and moisture points for affected and unaffected rooms during a water mitigation job. It ensures clear, time-stamped documentation that supports your drying strategy.

🔹 Accessing the Dry Log

  • Navigate to your job.

  • Select the room (e.g., Classroom).

  • Tap the Dry Log tab at the top.

  • Choose between Atmospheric and Moisture Point readings.

🔹 Adding Atmospheric Readings

  1. Click the light blue “Add Day” button in the center.

  1. Confirm or edit the date, then click Save.

Unaffected Room Readings:

  • Use the dropdown to select or add an unaffected room (e.g., Office).

  • Enter:

  • Temperature (e.g., 70°F)

  • Relative Humidity (e.g., 39%)

  • GPP, Vapor Pressure, and Dew Point auto-calculate.

  • Add optional notes and photos of the room.

  • Click Save (upper right).

ℹ️ Outside weather data will auto-populate based on the job address.

Affected Room Readings:

  • Scroll to the affected room (e.g., Classroom).

  • Enter:

  • Temperature (e.g., 72°F)

  • Relative Humidity (e.g., 68%)

  • Add notes or photos as needed.

  • Click Save.

Repeat this process for each affected room.

🔹 Adding Moisture Points

  1. In the same room, toggle from Atmospheric to Moisture Point.

  1. Click the Add Point button to begin.

Set Material Details:

  • Choose a Material Type (e.g., Drywall).

  • System will auto-fill:

  • Dry Goal

  • Point Type (Wall, Floor, or Ceiling)

  • Meter Type (e.g., Non-Penetrating)

  • Reference Scale

Enter Reading:

  • Input your moisture reading (e.g., 90).

Set Dry Standard (Optional):

  • Tap Add Unaffected Material.

  • Select a room (e.g., Office), describe location, and take a photo.

  • Input the unaffected reading (e.g., 12) and click Save.

  • Confirm override when prompted — your dry goal will update.

Finalize the Moisture Point:

  • Add a description and photo of the meter reading.

  • Optional: Add surface/material temperature (e.g., 75°F) to calculate vapor/dew point differentials.

  • Click Save (top right).

Repeat for all moisture points in this room and other affected areas.
