✅ What You’ll See in This Video
🔹 Accessing the Dry Log
Navigate to your job.
Select the room (e.g., Classroom).
Tap the Dry Log tab at the top.
Choose between Atmospheric and Moisture Point readings.
🔹 Adding Atmospheric Readings
Click the light blue “Add Day” button in the center.
Confirm or edit the date, then click Save.
Unaffected Room Readings:
Use the dropdown to select or add an unaffected room (e.g., Office).
Enter:
Temperature (e.g., 70°F)
Relative Humidity (e.g., 39%)
GPP, Vapor Pressure, and Dew Point auto-calculate.
Add optional notes and photos of the room.
Click Save (upper right).
ℹ️ Outside weather data will auto-populate based on the job address.
Affected Room Readings:
Scroll to the affected room (e.g., Classroom).
Enter:
Temperature (e.g., 72°F)
Relative Humidity (e.g., 68%)
Add notes or photos as needed.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for each affected room.
🔹 Adding Moisture Points
In the same room, toggle from Atmospheric to Moisture Point.
Click the Add Point button to begin.
Set Material Details:
Choose a Material Type (e.g., Drywall).
System will auto-fill:
Dry Goal
Point Type (Wall, Floor, or Ceiling)
Meter Type (e.g., Non-Penetrating)
Reference Scale
Enter Reading:
Input your moisture reading (e.g., 90).
Set Dry Standard (Optional):
Tap Add Unaffected Material.
Select a room (e.g., Office), describe location, and take a photo.
Input the unaffected reading (e.g., 12) and click Save.
Confirm override when prompted — your dry goal will update.
Finalize the Moisture Point:
Add a description and photo of the meter reading.
Optional: Add surface/material temperature (e.g., 75°F) to calculate vapor/dew point differentials.
Click Save (top right).
Repeat for all moisture points in this room and other affected areas.
💡 Quick Tips
🛠️ Use photos and notes to clearly document each reading.
📍 Label moisture points with detailed descriptions (e.g., “Inside door, 2 ft. up”).
📷 Always capture meter readings for proof.
🕒 All data is time-stamped — no extra work required.
📁 Use company settings to pre-configure common materials and dry goals.
📋 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
