This guide will help you schedule a task directly from your mobile device using the Lever360 iRestore system. Whether you're in the field or at the office, you can assign technicians, set start and end times, and include job details with ease.

📋 What You’ll See in This Video

  • ✅ Accessing the Job List
    Navigate to the bottom of your mobile screen and tap on "Jobs." Choose "All Jobs" or "My Jobs."

  • ✅ Selecting a Job
    Open a job (e.g., Production Job) to access tasks and job details.

  • ✅ Viewing and Choosing a Task
    Tap on the "Tasks" tab. Select an existing task or create a new one.

  • ✅ Opening the Schedule Panel
    Within the task, tap on "Details" then tap "Schedule."

  • ✅ Setting Start and End Times
    Select the appropriate time range (e.g., 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM).

  • ✅ Assigning Technicians
    Under "Resources", choose from the employee list pulled from Company Settings.

  • ✅ Confirming Job Details
    Job name, type, company name, and location auto-fill from initial setup.

  • ✅ Adding a Description & Reminder
    Include short instructions (e.g., "Call homeowner when en route"). Optional: set a reminder.

  • ✅ Saving the Task
    Ensure all fields are complete. Tap "Save" to assign the task and notify the technician.

  • 🔁 You can edit task details at any time from the mobile portal.

  • 📍 Job location pulls automatically from the job’s original creation settings.

  • 🔔 Use reminders to notify techs shortly before a task begins.

  • 🔕 No reminders needed? Just select 'None' when scheduling.
