Notes let you document job details, communicate updates, and tag team members — all from the main job screen. Whether it’s a reminder, status update, or request, notes keep your entire team aligned.

✅ What You’ll See in This Video
🔹 Step 1: Start a New Note
From your main job screen, tap the light blue “New Note” button at the top (next to Clock In).
🔹 Step 2: Fill Out the Note
Select a Note Type
Options are configured in your Company Settings
Example: General, Monitoring, Customer Communication, etc.
Write Your Note
Example: “Schedule monitoring for Saturday after 10 a.m.”
(Optional) Tag Team Members
Use the mention feature to assign or notify coworkers
Select from users in your company directory
🔹 Step 3: Save & View
Tap Save (top right).
Your note is now stored in the Notes section of the job.
You can now view, search, or filter notes alongside others in the job history.

🧠 Use note types consistently to organize by category (e.g., Customer, Internal, Scheduling).
🔔 Tag the right teammates when action is required.
🕒 Notes are time-stamped and saved under the job for easy tracking.

Q: Can I edit a note after saving it?
A: You sure can. Click on the note and then the pencil in the upper right corner to edit.
Q: Can I filter notes by type?
A: Notes in the app are listed in chronological order. You can filter and search notes on the web version.
Q: Who can see the note I create?
A: Anyone assigned to the job with appropriate permissions.
