Overview
When a payment is processed through Stripe, Lever360 will now automatically send an email notification to the assigned Project Manager and/or Collector on the job.
This notification includes job and invoice details, helping your team stay up to date on payments in real time.
Who Receives the Notification
Project Manager assigned to the job
Collector assigned to the job
Assignment is found on the Job General Page
Ensure the proper email is set:
To ensure you receive payment notifications, verify your preferred email is set up correctly in your user settings.
To check or update your email:
Go to Settings → User Settings (in the web app).
On the right-hand side, make sure your Preferred Email is correctly entered.
Edit and Save changes if needed.
