Stripe Payment Notifications

Receive email alerts when Stripe payments are processed on your jobs.

Overview

When a payment is processed through Stripe, Lever360 will now automatically send an email notification to the assigned Project Manager and/or Collector on the job.

This notification includes job and invoice details, helping your team stay up to date on payments in real time.


Who Receives the Notification

  • Project Manager assigned to the job

  • Collector assigned to the job

  • Assignment is found on the Job General Page


Ensure the proper email is set:

To ensure you receive payment notifications, verify your preferred email is set up correctly in your user settings.

To check or update your email:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ User Settings (in the web app).

  2. On the right-hand side, make sure your Preferred Email is correctly entered.

  3. Edit and Save changes if needed.
