We recommend adding 1–2 pieces of equipment manually in Lever360 to get familiar with the fields and layout.
Review how equipment appears on the equipment list and within job files.
If you're not using barcode scanning, you’ll assign equipment to jobs using the Equipment ID.

Storage Location – You can:
Add it directly on the sheet (e.g., “Warehouse”, “Rack A Shelf B”)
Or create locations in the system ahead of time

📤 Step 3: Submit Your Sheet
Email the completed file to [email protected].
Our team will handle the import for you!
✅ Step 4: Confirmation
Once your equipment has been uploaded into the system, our support team will notify you by our helpdesk.
