Navigating to Job Status Settings
From the main menu, scroll down and tap the settings sprocket → then choose Company Settings → and select Job Statuses.

Understanding Job Statuses
Only one job status can be active at a time per job. Your team will need to update statuses as jobs move through the workflow.

📌 Best Practice: Create a visual chart defining each status and distribute it to your team for consistency and clarity.

Editing Existing Statuses

  • Click the edit button to change the name (e.g., “New” to “Brand New”)

  • Customize text and background color

  • Set cycle time (e.g., how long a job should remain in a status)

  • Toggle visibility on boards: Project, Focus, Collection, and Kanban

  • Use the Close Status toggle to archive completed jobs — removing them from active boards

Creating a New Status (e.g., “On Hold”)

  • Add a status name like “On Hold”

  • Choose appropriate colors

  • Set optional cycle time

  • Decide whether it should display on boards

  • Do not mark as "closed" unless it should be archived when selected

Deleting a Status
Click the red delete icon next to the status you wish to remove.
