Pushing a Job to QuickBooks

Follow these steps to create a Job/Customer in QuickBooks from a job in Lever360.

Note: Sending a job to QuickBooks is only available on a computer. This action cannot be performed from the mobile app or a phone/tablet browser.

Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Tab

  1. Open the Job Details screen for the desired job.

  2. From the menu tabs at the top of the screen, click on the Billing tab.


Step 2: Send the Job to QuickBooks

  1. On the right side of the Billing tab, locate the box labeled QB (positioned above the Estimates table).

  2. Click the Send Job to QB button


    Common Issues

    The "Send Job to QB" button is greyed out

    This usually means your QuickBooks connection has been disconnected. QuickBooks occasionally closes sessions on their end (often after their system updates), which requires reconnecting on your side.

    To resolve:

    1. Refresh the page and try again — sometimes that's all it takes.

    2. If it's still greyed out, reconnect QuickBooks by going to Settings → Company Settings → QuickBooks Connector.
