Lever360's built-in phone and texting features run on Twilio. Lever360 does not charge for calling or SMS — you pay Twilio directly for what you use, on a pay-as-you-go basis. The rates below are charged by Twilio, not by Lever360.
Twilio Fees
Typical pay-as-you-go rates:
• Phone Number — $1.15 per number, per month
• SMS (send & receive) — $0.00083 per message
• Outbound Calls — $0.0140 per minute
• Inbound Calls — $0.0085 per minute
• Call Recording — $0.0025 per minute
• Recording Storage — $0.0005 per minute, per month
• Transcription — $0.0500 per minute
