When you take pictures on a job in Lever360, a copy of each photo is automatically saved to your device's photo gallery as a backup. Over time these saved photos can build up, so the Lever360 mobile app lets you bulk delete all of them at once once you've confirmed they've been uploaded.

IMPORTANT: Before deleting, make sure your photos have finished uploading. This action removes the saved backup copies from your device's gallery, so only run it once you've confirmed your images are safely uploaded.

From the bottom navigation of the mobile app, tap More.

Under Settings, tap Upload Media.

Step 3 — Review your saved photos

Here you'll see how many photos are currently saved on your device (for example, 70 saved photos). You'll also see the queue of any images that are still being uploaded.

Step 4 — Delete all saved photos

Tap Delete All Saved Photos to remove them from your device's gallery.

You'll be asked to confirm. Tap Yes, then confirm once more by tapping Delete. The app will then clear all saved images from your gallery.

This only removes the backup copies saved to your device's photo gallery. The photos already attached to your jobs and rooms in Lever360 are not affected and remain in place.

💡 Tip. Check the upload queue on the Upload Media screen first. If images are still uploading, let them finish before deleting so you don't lose anything
