Overview
Photo Editing lets you adjust a job photo directly in the Lever360 mobile app — rotating it, reflecting it, or cropping it — without exporting to another app and re-uploading. It works on photos already saved to a job as well as on photos you have just captured.
This article covers how to turn the feature on and how to use each editing option.

💡 Heads up. Image Editing is a per-user setting on the mobile app. Each person on your team needs to turn it on for themselves the first time they want to use it.
How to Turn On Image Editing
Switch On the Setting
From the home screen of the Lever360 mobile app:
Tap More in the bottom right of the navigation bar.
Tap Settings.
Find Image Editing and switch the toggle on.
How to tell it is on. When Image Editing is enabled, the toggle turns blue and sits to the right.
That is all the setup required. Your editing tools are ready to use.
Editing a Photo on a Job
Step 1 — Open the Photo
Open the job you want to work on.
Open the room containing the photo.
Tap the photo you want to adjust.
The editing options appear just underneath the image: Rotate, Reflect, and Crop.
Step 2 — Make Your Adjustment
Rotate
Tap Rotate to turn the image. Tap it again to keep rotating until the orientation is right.
Reflect
Tap Reflect to flip the image — either left to right, or top to bottom.
Crop
Tap Crop and choose how you want to frame the shot:
Free crop — tap and drag any corner to set the edges yourself.
Set ratio — pick one of the preset ratios shown on screen.
Step 3 — Save
Once the image looks the way you want it, tap Save. Your changes are applied and you can leave the image.
Editing Photos as You Capture Them
You can also edit photos straight after taking them, without leaving the job.
While you are in the camera, two controls help you get the shot right in the first place:
Zoom — pinch the screen to zoom in and out.
Flash — the flash control sits in the top right of the camera screen.
When you have taken your photos, tap Done to add them to the room. From there you can tap any of the photos you just captured and use the same Rotate, Reflect, and Crop options, then tap Save in the top right.
Tip. Zoom and flash are especially useful for the shots that are hard to get close to — a ceiling stain, a serial plate, or a meter reading in a dark crawlspace.
Your Photo Options in Lever360
Image Editing works alongside the app's existing ways of adding photos to a room:
Take Picture (single) — Capture one photo at a time using the in-app camera.
Multi-Photo Capture (Shutter Capture) — Take multiple photos in a row directly from the app camera, then add them all to the room at once.
Upload from Gallery — Select photos from your device's photo library and add them to the room.
